These terms apply when you create an account, accept an invitation, purchase a subscription, or use the NodeScan workflow monitoring service.

The service and your responsibilities

NodeScan monitors supported automations, calculates operational metrics, identifies potential incidents, and sends alerts. You remain responsible for supervising business-critical automations and verifying alerts before acting on them.

Subscriptions, data, and acceptable use

You retain ownership of customer data and authorise its processing to provide the service. Paid subscriptions renew until cancelled. You must use NodeScan lawfully and only connect providers and data you are authorised to use.
